A local workbook.
A deliberate choice to share.
ExitBuilderSystem is an exit preparation organizer from EXITstrategies. This page explains the workbook and optional inquiry form.
Work in this browser
The workbook runs in your browser. With “Remember my work on this device” turned off, work lasts for the open tab session. If you enable it, workbook entries are saved in this browser’s local storage. This storage is not encrypted, cloud synced or sent to an advisor. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to read it. Avoid saving sensitive information on shared computers.
Use general descriptions and private references, such as “monthly reporting folder.” Keep financial documents, identities, passwords and patient information out of the workbook. Clearing browser data can remove saved work. Browser privacy settings can also prevent storage.
Backups and printing
Exported backups contain workbook notes and action details and are saved to your device. A printed brief can also contain your entries. Protect these files and printouts. Exporting or printing does not submit them to our team. Restoring a backup replaces the open workbook after confirmation.
Choose what an inquiry includes
Sending an inquiry shares the name, email, optional business name, business type, selected aim and optional planning horizon entered in that form. It also includes submission time, consent records, page URL, referring page and campaign attribution present in the page URL.
The separate “Include my planning summary” checkbox is optional and unchecked. If you choose it, only the aggregate summary shown in the form preview is included: selected category, aim, horizon, fixed priority names and activity counts, as available from your sharing selections. Workbook name, free-text business description, size, outcome, evidence notes and task details are excluded. Raw notes and backups are never attached by the form.
Processing an inquiry
Requests pass through our n8n inquiry system and may be recorded in business records and customer relationship management tools. Hosting, processing and business communication providers may process information to support those functions. We use inquiries to understand the requested conversation and follow up about fit and scope. A receipt confirms acceptance for processing, not an advisor review or a booked meeting.
Your choices
The form requires your unchecked agreement to contact about the inquiry. No phone number or SMS permission is requested. You can ask the team to stop following up, correct submitted information or review a deletion request by replying to an inquiry email. We consider applicable recordkeeping requirements. Submitted records are kept for inquiry handling and related business records; no fixed deletion period is promised here. Hosting and processing providers may keep technical request logs.
Consent text
By continuing you agree we may contact you about your inquiry by email and phone. We keep your information confidential and never share it without your permission.
